Warren passed on August 11, 2024. Dave Boersma notified us with this comment: "Warren’s life was colored by his diagnosis of chronic schizophrenia, but he leaves behind a former wife and a daughter, who I met several years ago at the funeral of his brother-law, Doug DeJong."
